CANCELLATION POLICY
Azalea Med Spa Cancellation Policy At Azalea Med Spa, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation & Rescheduling All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30%. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a late cancellation, which may incur a fee. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Booking Deposits Services require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Why This Policy Exists Our practitioners dedicate their time and expertise to each client.
